Elegant & stylish hand-crafted Bud Vase by Limoges, France.
The mark is too faint to identify the factory but the craftsmanship and the decoration closely match the Porcelain Vase Pair shown elsewhere on this site.
Note the image in the cartouch of the young woman is the same as one of the Vases, but with slight differences where the hand painting was applied.
Cobalt blue glazing over snow white porcelain, finished in 18k gold front and back.
