Set of 4 Hand-Coloured copper plate etchings by the French Artist Victor Valery.
Victor Valery was born in 1889 and died in 1910 so all his work is rather scarce.
All 4 folio or image areas are sized as follows:
The Guest House is 8" x 5 1/2" (20.5 x 14.3 cm)
Tournelle Walk facing Notre Dame is 8 1/4" x 6 1/4" (21.4 x 16 cm)
Concorde Place & Fountain is also 8 1/4" x 6 1/4" (21.4 x 16 cm)
Conte Walk (Seine on left) is 8" x 5 1/2" (20.5 x 14.3 cm)
All 4 scenes are framed with simple 10"x12" black wood frames and cream matting.
All should be re-framed but we have left all as we found them.
The Artist Valery signed on the front and his hand-written Titles are on matting strips on the back.
