Made by the Jeannette Glass Co of Ohio, this pattern came into being during the 1950's, after the Depression period so is not technically depression glass. The irridescent finish was a specialty of the Jeannette Glass Co. during the 1950's and they coated many of their earlier patterns with it - reminiscent of the Carnival Glass period of the 1920's.
This is the butter top only - sorry, no base.
