1940's Cheese spreads by made by Hazel Atlas for Kraft Cheese.
These cheese samplers were sold with a metal snap-on lid & a small drinking glass as a bonus. 
After the flower series came the Kiddy Cup series. 
Still 3 1/4"  high - this is Kiddy Cup: Green Kitten with Rabbits -  in Excellent condition.

NB:  3 1/4" were not issued in the USA, therefore harder to find.
