This is an early matched Cream & Sugar Set, flat base, beaded handles set on one of the several trays Imperial made for this pattern.
Cream & Sugar are 3" high and etched with the Hugh's Cornflower pattern. The Tray is 7 1/4" x 4".
Only 1 set available in perfect condition, no chips or wear showing, never seen a dishwasher.
Candlewick is one of the most popular and most prolific Patterns from the Depression period made by Imperial Glass. First produced in 1936, many pieces continued to be produced into the 1970's.
There are many look-a-likes from other companies so you need to look closely at each piece.
